One contractor, the full scope.
From a new build to a leaking roof, we handle construction and maintenance under a single contract — one team to brief, one programme to track, one point of accountability.
New buildings from foundation to roof, including residential homes, extensions, additions and structural alterations. Work is carried out to approved plans and supervised at each stage of the build.
Planned and reactive maintenance for homes, business premises, schools and government facilities — general repairs, damp and crack repairs, door and window work, and ongoing upkeep of the building envelope.
Roof structures, trusses, sheeting and waterproofing, together with bulkhead and suspended ceiling systems, cornices and associated finishing.
Water reticulation, drainage, pipework, conduit and tubing installation, coordinated with electrical works so services are installed cleanly and to specification.
Floor and wall tiling, brickwork and blockwork, internal and external plastering — finished to a true, level surface ready for painting or further finishes.
Post-construction, routine site and handover cleaning, so a completed project is presented in a condition the client can occupy immediately.
Supply of building materials, cleaning products and related consumables, with delivery arranged alongside project work where required.
Larger construction works including structural elements, bulk site work and associated activity, delivered with the same supervision and quality control applied to smaller contracts.
